If none of your entries can be declared today, we refund you in full.

Can you file the CAPE declaration for us?

No. Under CBP's CAPE rules only the importer of record or its filing broker can submit. Attorneys cannot file it either. We prepare the file; you or your broker upload it.

What do you need from us?

An ACE entry summary export. We send a one-page guide. No passwords, no ACE access.

Is interest paid?

CBP pays interest on refunds under 19 U.S.C. 1505. We show principal duty only; interest is calculated by CBP.

We import from the EU, Japan, Korea or Switzerland. Does it work?

Yes, but under the framework agreements only the IEEPA portion is refunded, and CBP nets amounts. The workbook keeps those lines separate.

What about entries past the 80-day window?

They are listed separately with dates so your counsel can look at other routes, such as a protest. We do not advise on them.

How fast?

One business day after we receive a complete export. Broker desk orders placed by noon ET can be same-day.
